We started sending flowers by post from Jersey's favourite Victorian Market more than 45 years ago and have traded on the Internet since 1998. Our reputation for quality and service is hard won and proudly upheld, and we are confident that you will enjoy your shopping experience with Flowers By Post.

When you create an account, or place and order you agree to our terms and conditions which automatically subscribes you to our direct mailing list. Should you wish to be removed or remove consent from this list you can alter your account at any time to remove yourself from it. Or simply click unsubscribe from within any direct marketing email that you receive from Flowersbypost.COM. Flowersbypost.COM DO NOT sell on data to any other companies. We are registered for Data Protection which guarantees that we handle all personal data in a secure and regulated manner. CUSTOMER AND RECIPIENT PERSONAL INFORMATION

3. During the ordering process, we ask for the following personal information:

i. Customer's email address: We use this information to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations, substitution information, dispatch confirmations and delivery confirmations. We will also use the customer's email for marketing communications from time to time. Please ensure that email addresses are accurate.

ii. Customer's full name and address: We use this information for credit and debit card validation.

iii. Customer's telephone number: We use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.

iv. Recipient's full name and address: We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address is accurate.

FREE Delivery Information

Flowers are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class post* and are delivered within 24-72 hours to any address in the UK. We do not send flowers outside the UK postal area. We do not deliver to Europe or the Republic of Ireland. Dispatch days are Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays.

* Please note that we use Royal Mail Second Class post for items within our Bargain Carnation Range (includes Carnation Fusion; Mixed Spray Carnations; Bargain Spray Carnations and Bargain Rainbow Carnations) and are delivered with 48-96 hours to any address in the U.K.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note we do not include a vase with any of our bouquets as depicted on the website, these are for display purposes only. POTS and BASKETS are included ONLY where indicated.

Experience

We are in the business of delivering fresh, perishable goods by post and we have been doing it for nearly 50 years, so we have a great wealth of experience and believe we have, over the years, developed a reliable and efficient service that shows that over 97% of our orders arrive on the date you have selected.

Transit times

Our flowers are delivered through the post using the Royal Mail services with a delivery time of 1-4 working days as stipulated under the above FREE Delivery Information. Most of our flowers are dispatched 1 - 2 days prior to your chosen delivery date. The website always shows the next available delivery date when you order. The free delivery does not carry a guarantee of next day delivery, but it does guarantee delivery within 1 - 4 working days. The choice of delivery options is clearly shown during the ordering process. Please note the Royal Mail quote 92% of all their First and Second Class deliveries make it to their destination on the selected date however, they do not guarantee this.

Premium Tracked Courier Service

For more date sensitive gifts you can upgrade to our premium tracked courier service for an additional fee from £5.95. Our chosen courier company quote 98% of deliveries are made on the day and date you have selected between 8.00 AM and 8.00 PM. All deliveries are tracked from dispatch to the receipt of the floral order.

Delivery Areas

All our orders are sent in boxes and are delivered by Royal Mail and Courier in mainland UK. We are unable to send to mainland Europe or Eire or Worldwide because delivery within the specified 2-3 days cannot be relied upon and also delivery charges are much higher for sending outside the UK. That means a less reliable service at greater cost, and we would not expect anyone to accept that.

Please note we do not offer same day delivery.

Refund or Replacement Policy

If your order fails to be delivered within the specified time, we will undertake to replace the full order at no cost to you OR make a full refund whichever you choose. This is ONLY applicable if we have been provided with the correct postal address and postcode. Any address and/or postcode error however minor will invalidate this policy. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for making any reparation over and above that whatever the circumstances.

We aim to have refunds credited back into the bank account used within 3 - 5 working days, some cards/banks may take slightly longer.
