My friend was really pleased with the flowers. Very colourful. She sent me a photo and I was pleasantly surprised how nice and colourful the flowers were. A big bonus was that they actually arrived a day early than expected To which I was impressed with them going to Jersey, channel island. Wonderful bunch of flowers. Even though Royal Mail-delivered them a day late, my mum was really delighted with them, and they last really well, especially in this warmish weather still. Great value for the longevity.

What a lovely surprise! Last thing I was expecting on a Sunday afternoon when I was in the middle of cleaning the kitchen was the postman rocking up with a delivery of beautiful flowers! They are so colourful and very much appreciated!

Absolutely beautiful bouquet, would definitely purchase them again
A shocking service. An order placed on 19th October was initially scheduled for following day. An e mail was received to say there was a delay. By the afternoon of the 23rd the flowers have still not been delivered! As they were for a bereavement this has been extremely disappointing. My advice would be to use another company.
Hi David, we’re truly sorry Royal Mail didn't deliver your flowers on time, I can see they were delivered today which is outside of their service agreement.
The 'shocking service' and emails you refer to are from Royal Mail , whilst it is our responsibility it is not within our control, your order left us on time. It is recommended for date sensitive deliveries to use the Guaranteed Service not the standard service you chose.
It's a shame you didn't get in touch any earlier we may have been able to send a replacement for you quicker than Royal Mail, unfortunate your first experience with us was let down by Royal Mail.

Flowers are lovely but were delayed due to the label having been ripped when applied so barcode couldn't be read.
