Ordering & Account
I made a mistake in my order details — what should I do?
If you spot an error, contact us straight away. If your flowers haven’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the details for you. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses unless we are informed before dispatch in time to make the changes.
I didn’t get a confirmation email — has my order gone through?
Please double check that you have entered your email address correctly. From time to time the confirmation email can be directed to your junk/spam email. Contact us giving details of the order so we can confirm that we have received your order.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes — at checkout you’ll see a calendar where you can select your preferred dispatch date.
To guarantee that date for delivery select Guaranteed Delivery at checkout.
Payment & Security
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through our trusted provider, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Do you share my personal details?
No — your information is only used to process your order and is never passed to third parties.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
Using Royal Mail as a courier, if unsure check Royal Mail website for confirmation
Do you deliver overseas?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer international or BFPO deliveries
When will my flowers arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri, excluding Bank Holidays) or 12pm (Sat) are dispatched the same day.
Most standard delivery items arrive the next day, though some remote areas may take longer, guaranteed delivery items arrive on the date requested.
Exceptions can occasionally occur during holiday periods. Dates not showing are not available.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
The postman making the delivery may leave the box in a safe place or with a neighbour or they may return it to the sorting office and leave a note requesting collection.
What is the latest ordering time for same day dispatch?
Orders placed before 14:00 (U.K. time) on any available date (normally Monday to Friday) and 12:00 on Saturday can be dispatched on the same day.
What delivery service do you use?
We offer 2 delivery services.
One is free to the customer but does not guarantee delivery date, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a premium service that aims to deliver to mainland UK postcodes within 24 hours, they achieve around 95% success with this.

If you want to ensure the delivery is made on the date requested we also offer a heavily subsidised paid for option , using Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm.
The cost to the customer is only £7.95, please note they will need a signature on delivery so cannot leave the item in a safeplace.

Quality & Refunds
How are the flowers packaged?
Each bouquet is hand‑tied, wrapped for freshness, packed with water soaked foam/wadding and sent in a protective box with flower food and care instructions
What if my flowers arrive damaged or late?
If you ordered using standard delivery then late is considered anything >72 hours after dispatch. If guaranteed then >24 hours. Please let us know within 24–48 hours with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 72 hours at our end, banking systems may take 3-4 working days to credit to the original payment method.
