Flowers are created and arranged here in Kirton, Lincolnshire by our in-house florists. They are then packaged and collected from us by Royal Mail who then deliver our flowers directly to the address of the recipient of choice.

No complaints about the flowers. They looked lovely in the photo we got from the recipient. Wasn't too happy that Royal Mail left them behind a dustbin as they didn't get an answer when they called and didn't put a card through the door to tell them. We had to sent a message to recipient when we got the photo from Royal Mail. The flowers were a surprise for a sick relative.
