The bouquet was large and had a beautiful arrangement, but unfortunately, the flowers did not look fresh when they arrived. They were delivered a day later than expected (ordered April 5th for delivery on April 9th, but arrived on April 10th), which likely affected their condition. Because the delivery was late, I had already bought another bouquet for my special occasion, so this one arrived too late to be useful. It was quite a frustrating situation. I also contacted customer service but still haven’t received any response. Overall, while the bouquet had potential, the late delivery, lack of freshness on arrival, and no communication from the company made the experience disappointing.
