Delivery Information



We are in the business of delivering fresh, perishable goods by post and we have been doing it for nearly 40 years so we have a great deal of experience and we believe we have, over the years, developed a reliable and efficient service. The whole delivery system is governed by mail links between the Channel Islands and mainland UK.

Transit times

Most of our flowers are delivered on the day following despatch (The site always shows the next available despatch date when you order.) However the standard price does not carry a guarantee of next day delivery, but it does guarantee delivery within two days or a full refund is made. The guaranteed next day delivery is charged extra and is set at the rate charged by Royal Mail to cover the guarantee. Guaranteed delivery service requires a signature upon delivery. The choice of delivery options is clearly shown during the ordering process.

Despatch days

We are restricted to despatching on Monday through to Thursday only. Friday despatch is too close to the weekend and any delay would mean flowers not delivered until Monday (Too long for fresh flowers). There are no facilities for sending our boxes from Jersey on a Saturday or Sunday so we cannot make deliveries on a Monday.

Delivery areas

All our orders are sent in boxes and are delivered by Jersey Post in the island and by Royal Mail on mainland UK. We are unable to send to mainland Europe or Eire because delivery within the specified two days cannot be relied upon and also delivery charges are much higher for sending outside the UK. That means a less reliable service at greater cost and we would not expect anyone to accept that.

Our Pledge

We do everything possible to ensure that your order will be delivered as requested but realise that when relying on third parties and the vagiaries of weather there is no 100% guarantee.
Refund Policy
If your order fails to be delivered within the specifies time, we will undertake to replace the full order at no cost to you or make a full refund whichever you choose. We cannot be held responsible for making any reparation over and above that whatever the circumstnaces. We aim to have refunds credited back into the bank account used within 72 hours, some cards/banks may take slightly longer.
